What is the 30 DHP?

The 30 Day Happiness Program is designed to help you shift from A —> B.  A is feeling stress and B is feeling calm, content, and peaceful.   Designed by Kate, a healer with 21 years of life experience in overcoming depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar, etc with meditation techniques and various psychological access points as strategic tools.

How it works

The program is routine-based. You can start anytime and do the program at your own pace, consistency is key.  For best results, it’s designed to work in 4 weeks.  You’ll learn strategies that you can immediately incorporate into your life. It takes just 15 minutes to do per day on average including practice time.

Hello There,

I’m Kate, the founder of Life Of Emerald and the 30 Day Happiness Program.  Our mission is to empower you, so you can empower others, and we uplift humanity together.  I began a healing career with a B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2003.  In 2009, I went through a healer’s initiation with a life and death situation.  Research states that this is a form of ‘Shamanic initiation’.  Fast forward to 2021, I’m ready to help you live a quality and healthy life.  I have various healing tools to heal depression, anxiety, bipolar, stress, grief, etc. 

We’d like to shine a bright light on your day by offering a 30 Day Happiness Program.   Come and join us to celebrate life once again!

The program itself is not specifically designed as a treatment for depression, anxiety or other clinical disorders, but the principles and tools of the program can be used very successfully in conjunction with therapy. 

The program can certainly help you with that. You’ll discover plenty of useful tools to get in touch with your passion and joy.  This can be an opportunity to be honest with your needs and wants in life.
